  • Choose My Plate (U.S. Department of Agriculture) A website devoted to developing a healthy eating style.  Includes dietary guidelines, physical activities, quizzes and other online tools. 
  • Food and Nutrition Information Center (National Agricultural Library, USDA) FNIC serves the professional community (including educators, health professionals and researchers) by providing access to a wide range of trustworthy food and nutrition resources from both government and non-government sources. FNIC website contains more than 2,500 links to current and reliable nutrition information.
  • Nutrition.gov (U.S. Department of Agriculture) A USDA-sponsored website that offers credible information to help make healthful eating choices. It serves as a gateway to reliable information on nutrition, healthy eating, physical activity, and food safety for consumers.
