Dream Center Task Force Launches Dare to Dream Fundraising Campaign, November 2020
The Dream Center Task Force is a group of dedicated staff and faculty meeting twice monthly. The Task Force was established in 2017 to provide support for Skyline's Dream Center and undocumented community. You can watch a short video introduction about our work to support students here.
No matter what your campus role may be, all staff, students and faculty are welcome to join formally or drop in on meetings occasionally. Contact Pamela Ortiz Cerda or Jessica Silver-Sharp for more information. Or learn more here: Dream Center Task Force Seeks New Members.
Faculty instructors: Are you interested in assigning your students a research topic related to undocumented immigrants? Librarians are available to help you craft your assignment in a way that's most sensitive to our undocumented student population and that's inline with the best library resources available from Skyline College.
Check out Designing Assignments for more information, or request a workshop taught by a librarian.
