UndocuWeek Goes Virtual! October 19-23, 2020

This year, UndocuWeek - more formally known as the Undocumented Student Action Week - will take place virtually with programs provided by a host of organizations under the umbrella of the California Community Colleges.

  • Immigration Legal Services: The California Department of Social Services, Immigration Branch funds qualified nonprofit organizations to provide services to immigrants who reside in the state of California. 
  • Resources for Community Members and Services ProvidersTo ensure that immigrant communities and service providers are armed with up-to-date and relevant information on immigration-related issues, Ready California offers resources from trusted partners.
  • DACA UpdatesThe State of California’s Immigrant Guide provides resources pertaining to the impact of the DACA announcement on several state programs. 
  •  The Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC) Red Cards help people assert their rights and defend themselves in many situations. Colleges may order up to 1,000 Red “Know Your Rights” Cards at no cost from ILRC. Colleges can also download and print their own. NOTE: Delivery for ordered cards may take up to three weeks.
